Club Zizzi's membership conditions
As a member of Club Zizzi, you get exclusive offers, early access to sales, invitations to events in your local store, invitations to participate in competitions, free shipping and return shipping - and lots of inspiration about clothes, accessories, home and other items in our range by mail, text message and through login on the website.
The Club Zizzi membership is free of charge, and you do not need to buy anything to become a member.
Conditions for creating a membership
All you need to do to become a member is to sign up with your name and email, password, and preferred store. In addition, you can also choose to provide your address, mobile number, and date of birth. This information is not required, but if you choose to provide your birthday for example, you will receive a special discount voucher on your birthday. We use your information to deliver offers and inspiration to you, to give you an overview of your purchase history and receipts and to constantly improve Club Zizzi to suit you and your needs the best way possible.
Creating a membership is conditional on you saying "Yes" to receive emails from us with news and special offers. You can freely choose to also receive communications by SMS. Your consent to receive electronic marketing can be withdrawn at any time by cancelling your Club Zizzi membership. You can do this either by logging in to your account on the website, under "My Information", or via the unsubscribe link or instruction that you will find at the bottom of all emails and texts from Zizzi. You can also unsubscribe by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting customer service at 0045 69 16 59 09.
Your membership is personal and non-transferable, and we have a limit of one membership per individual.
You are responsible for updating your contact details and keeping your login details confidential. If there is a risk of your password having been compromised, we recommend that you update it as soon as possible.
You can unsubscribe from Club Zizzi at any time, there is no period of commitment. You can unsubscribe by logging on to the website, under "My details" or by contacting customer service at 0045 69 16 59 09.
Once you have unsubscribed from Club Zizzi, we will keep your user account information for 6 months, to ensure that you do not receive a welcome discount twice within a 6-month period, after which they will be deleted.
We will naturally also stop sending you content once you have unsubscribed, however, we will retain documentation on your consent to receive e-marketing up to two years after withdrawal.

These Membership Terms are generally subject to Danish Law. Any controversy, dispute or claim arising in connection herewith shall thus be settled by the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation/rights in your country of residence, to which we offer our services, requires the matter settled by a different legal venue.
