Are there any requirements I will have to meet to become a member?

There is a requirement upon signing up that includes you adding a few details about yourself such as your name, email address or phone number.

This information is used in order to deliver Club Zizzi's services to you, and in order for us to continually adapt and improve Club Zizzi in the best way possible.

Therefore, as a condition before becoming a member of Club Zizzi, you are required to accept the Personal Data Policy of Zizzi Denmark ApS.

Zizzi Denmark ApS, CVR No. 26 40 75 67, Kløvermarken 29, 7190 Billund Zizzi offers a customer club by the name Club Zizzi (”Club Zizzi”).

Club Zizzi gives access to newsletters, text and service messages, exclusive offers, invitations to local events, inspiration, style tips and other news regarding trends in fashion, particularly with regards to clothing, headwear, footwear and accessories offered by Zizzi and other related products.

Club Zizzi is a digitally based customer club, which means that you as a member will receive all news and updates through either text messages or emails. Club Zizzi membership is free.

You only need to sign-up by entering in a few details about yourself. These details are used to deliver Club Zizzi's services to you and to continually update and adapt Club Zizzi in the best way possible.

By accepting the membership terms, you also accept the Personal Data Policy of Zizzi Denmark ApS (”Personal Data Policy”). The Personal Data Policy can always be found on our website under the domain  www.zizzifashion.com.

It may be necessary or appropriate for Zizzi to alter the conditions of becoming a member of Club Zizzi, as well as making changes to or adjusting the conditions of the Personal Data Policy. Zizzi is entitled to make such changes without warning. In the event that the changes may be unfavourable to you, you will be informed via email or text message.

You are within your rights to, at any time, cancel your membership at Club Zizzi through the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every email you receive from Zizzi. You can also send an email to Zizzi at help@zizzifashion.com in order to cancel your membership.

After cancelling your membership, Club Zizzi will keep your data for 6 months. We do this to avoid the misuse of welcome bonuses. During this time, it will not be possible for you to receive a new welcome bonus voucher. However, it will always be possible to update your membership.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

When you sign up to the customer club, you will be sent a welcome email containing an auto-generated password. You may at any time request a new password. This password may be changed to something easy to remember.

Remember to update your profile to receive more customer benefits.
